Skyrim NPC Replacers

A good NPC replacer should not announce itself. ColdSun's replacers reshape the faces of Skyrim's named characters to be beautiful and believable while keeping them recognizable as themselves. Lydia still looks like Lydia. She just looks like the best version of her.

Each face is sculpted by hand, not generated, with custom head meshes, high-resolution textures, and a skin setup tuned to sit naturally under Skyrim's lighting and ENB. The work is semi lore-friendly: striking where it should be, restrained where it counts, and consistent from one character to the next, so a whole load order feels like it was made by one person.
